(Essential Safety Regulations)
- Pit lane speed limit is strictly 30 km/h.
- Do not violate the red light signal at the Pit Exit.
- Do not cross the white line from the Pit Exit onto the track until the end of the line is clearly passed.
- When starting the engine in the pit, the motorcycle must be moved to the front of the pit box, with the rear of the bike facing outward, before starting the engine.
- Follow the designated One-Way traffic flow in the paddock and pit area as indicated by directional arrows provided by the organizer.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Pit Area, Pit Lane, Pit Wall, and Grid Start zone.
Pit Area Usage Regulations for Riders
- Shared Space UsageAll riders are required to share the pit area with fellow participants.Please cooperate and respect each other’s space to ensure a safe and orderly environment for everyone.
Installation of Banners or Decorative Equipment in the Pit Area
- Please be informed that banners, flags, or promotional decorations representing commercial brands not officially sponsoring the event are strictly prohibited from being displayed within the Pit area.
This is to respect the rights of event sponsors and to comply with sponsorship agreements. - Exceptions:
- Banners and promotional materials may be installed inside pits officially designated to event sponsors.
- Teams may display their own team banners, which may include logos of other supporting brands, as long as they are placed within the team’s own banner, on racing suits, or race bikes.(Note: For tire branding, only Pirelli logos are permitted.)
- Orderliness & Cleanliness:
- Please help maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the pit area.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Safety:
- Do not place items or equipment that could obstruct walkways or compromise safety within the pit area.
- The event organizer is not responsible for any lost items or equipment.
- Compliance with Officials:
- All riders must follow the instructions given by Pit staff at all times.
- Non-compliance may result in warnings or revocation of pit access rights.
Items Not Allowed on the Starting Grid
- Fuel containers or flammable liquids
- Fuel tanks or any flammable substances are not allowed on the grid to prevent fire hazards or fuel spills on the track.
- Non-essential personal items
- Such as personal bags, large toolboxes, and unnecessary electronic devices unrelated to race operations.
- Large umbrellas or obstructive structures
- Only rider sun umbrellas are allowed, and they must display the official event sponsor branding. No unauthorized commercial advertising or alternative branding is permitted.
- Food and beverages
- Not allowed on the grid except for drinking water for riders, to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Unauthorized filming equipment
- Including drones, large cameras, lighting rigs, or other professional gear. Only the official OB production team is permitted to bring such equipment onto the grid.
- Inappropriate attire
- Flip-flops or sandals are strictly prohibited on the starting grid due to safety concerns, such as tripping hazards around equipment (e.g., paddock stands), and to maintain a professional appearance during live broadcasts.
Regulations for Promotional Staff (Pretty, MC, PR) in the Race Event
Riders may bring Pretty, MC, or PR personnel to be stationed at their team’s pit area under the following conditions:
- Dress Code:
- All booth personnel (including Pretty, MC, PR) must wear outfits that clearly represent their designated racing team only.
- It is strictly prohibited to wear clothing that displays any commercial product branding or logos that serve as advertising for unrelated businesses.
- Prohibited Activities:
- It is not permitted to conduct any sales or promotional activities within the pit area or surrounding zones without prior approval from the event organizers.
