Vehicle Inspection & Safety Rules

01 Engine & Bodywork

  • Must comply with the regulations of the entered class.
  • No modifications allowed outside the specified rules.
  • We recommend using plain water instead of coolant. Coolant spills make the track slippery and dangerous for other riders.
  • Safety Wiring (Stainless Steel) is mandatory for the following parts:
    • Front brake caliper bolts (Left-Right)
    • Oil drain bolt
    • Oil filler cap
    • Oil cooler bolts

02 Brake System

  • Front and rear brakes must function properly.
  • Brake pads must have adequate thickness (not excessively worn).
  • Brake fluid must be at a sufficient level.

03 Suspension System

  • Front and rear shock absorbers must work normally with no oil leaks.
  • Suspension must be in good condition to handle impact.

04 Chain & Sprocket

  • Chain must not be too loose or too tight.
  • Standard slack is approx. 20-30 mm (depending on model).
  • Adjust chain tension while the rider is seated on the bike.
  • "Chain Guard": Racing bikes must have a chain guard to prevent accidents. Material must be strong.

05 Fuel System

  • Fuel tank must have no leaks.
  • Fuel lines must be in perfect condition.

06 Wheels & Tires

  • Tires must have appropriate tread for the racing category.
  • Worn or damaged tires are prohibited.
  • Wheels and spokes must be stable and strong.
TIRE REGULATION

To ensure technical compliance and safety standards, riders MUST use Pirelli tires during Friday Practice, Saturday Track Day/Qualifying, and Sunday Race.

*Exception applies only if Pirelli does not manufacture that specific size.

07 Other Regulations

  • Attach race numbers to the front. Do not attach in obscured areas. Must use official stickers/numbers only.
  • Bikes cannot display tire brand stickers other than Pirelli.
  • Fairings must not be modified in a way that risks collision or danger to others.
  • Selfie-stick style cameras protruding from the bike are strictly prohibited.
  • Headlights and taillights must be taped black to prevent glass shattering and reduce glare.
  • Must install an oil catch pan or a lower fairing (belly pan) with no holes to prevent fluid leaks onto the track.
  • For Honda Cup, KTM 390 Series, and Eurobike Cup, a lower fairing is not mandatory.

08 Penalties

🚨 Inspection Failure

If a vehicle fails inspection, penalties vary based on severity:

  • ⚠ Fix Before Racing – Minor issues; rider may fix and re-inspect.
  • ❌ Disqualification – Serious offenses (e.g., illegal engine mods).
  • 🚫 Fines or Additional Penalties – Point deduction, fines, or future bans.

  • Yellow Flag: Riders must Slow Down and Do Not Overtake until passing a Green Flag.

10 Safety Wiring Guide

  • 1
Use appropriate stainless wire Generally 0.8 – 1.2 mm depending on bolt size.
  • 2
Drill a hole in the bolt head (if not pre-drilled) Some bolts may need drilling to accommodate the wire.
  • 3
Route wire in the locking direction Wire tension should tighten the bolt, not loosen it.
  • 4
Twist wire 2-3 times and lock Use safety wire pliers for a clean, tight twist.
  • 5
Check tension before racing Wire must not be loose or have any chance of slipping.
