Riders who change their team name or transfer to a new team will have all accumulated points from previous rounds voided, and their points will be reset to zero.
A formal request for the team name change must be submitted and approved by the event organizer.
The new team name must not violate any rules regarding commercial rights, copyrights, or the marketing support guidelines of the competition.
All riders must present their race motorcycle along with full riding gear—helmet, gloves, boots, and racing suit—to the technical inspection officials prior to their scheduled timed session.
Failure to comply will result in disqualification from the session.
Safety and equipment check:
Riders must remove mirrors, center stands, and any parts that may pose a danger, including sharp edges, non-rounded components, or any items that may detach and fall on the track.
Tire inspection:
Tires must be in good, usable condition.
Tires that are excessively worn or show signs of internal structure will not be allowed.
Safety wiring and secure fastening is required for:
Fill/drain bolts, brake calipers, kickstands, brake fluid reservoirs must be safety-wired or secured – the oil filter must be clamped with a stainless steel clamp. *The requirement for an underbelly or fluid catch tray in case of oil leakage is cancelled for the race category. However, all fluid change points on the race bike must meet safety standards and must not be damaged or appear unsafe for competition. All fluid-draining areas of the bike must meet safety standards, and must not be damaged or show signs of potential hazard.
Brake fluid reservoir inspection:
Must be in fully functional condition.
Reservoirs must be free from leaks or any visible damage that could compromise braking performance.
This is a critical inspection point and will determine if the bike passes or fails the technical check.
If any non-standard equipment is found—such as unapproved components, parts that may compromise safety, or equipment not installed according to manufacturer specifications—the technical inspector reserves the right to disqualify the rider from passing inspection and deny participation in the race.
Wrapping tape around the brake fluid reservoir to prevent spillage in the event of an accident is optional.
Riders may choose to apply or not apply tape, and this will not affect the outcome of the technical inspection as long as the braking system is functioning properly and shows no signs of leakage.
However, tape must not be used to conceal any leakage or damage to the brake fluid reservoir.
Qualifying is the designated on-track session used to determine starting grid positions based on lap times.
Starting positions will be determined exclusively by lap times recorded using Transponder timing systems provided by the event organizer.
The official starting grid will be announced after the Qualifying session, based on each rider’s best recorded lap time.
The rider with the fastest lap time will start from Pole Position (P1), followed by the 2nd, 3rd, and so on, in descending order of lap times.
