  • Check that bolts and components are properly wired or secured, including fill/drain bolts, brake pump, stand attachments, brake reservoir clamps, and engine oil filter secured with stainless steel clamps. The use of drip trays or catch pans for oil leaks is waived in the racing categories; however, all fluid change points must meet safety standards and not be damaged or pose a safety risk during competition.

Tape use does not affect scrutineering: Wrapping tape around the brake reservoir to prevent brake fluid from spilling in the event of an accident is optional and will not cause a bike to fail inspection, as long as the braking system functions properly and there are no leaks. However, tape should not be used to cover up leaks or damage to the brake reservoir.

Penalties for Various Cases

📌 Case of Allowing Another Person to Ride

  • If it is found that a rider has allowed another person, who is not a registered participant, to ride their race bike during any Official Session of the SuperbikeMag.com Trophy, the following actions and penalties will be applied:
    • For both Qualifying and Race, the rider will be disqualified and barred from participating in the SuperbikeMag Trophy for the entire season. All accumulated points from every round will be canceled, and additional penalties may be imposed at the organizer’s discretion.

📌 Case of Cutting the Track or Leaving the Designated Course

Riding off the track or leaving the designated course during a race will be penalized according to the event’s regulations, such as:

  • Cutting the track without gaining advantage: If a rider goes off-track but does not gain any advantage, such as improving their position, no further penalty will be applied, but a warning will be issued.

  • Cutting the track with advantage: If a rider goes off-track and gains an advantage, such as overtaking, improving lap times, or affecting podium positions, the rider will be penalized by either dropping one podium position or losing 10 championship points.

  • Repeated track-cutting: If a rider repeatedly cuts the track or leaves the designated course despite warnings, stricter penalties will apply, such as a time penalty of 1–3 seconds added.

In races where championship points are awarded, if cutting the track significantly affects the competition—such as changing positions or constituting a repeated rule violation—the stewards may decide to deduct points earned by the rider or even disqualify them from the race.
