Riders who change their team name or transfer to a new team will have all accumulated points from previous rounds voided, and their points will be reset to zero.
A formal request for the team name change must be submitted and approved by the event organizer.
The new team name must not violate any rules regarding commercial rights, copyrights, or the marketing support guidelines of the competition.
❌ It is strictly prohibited to bring any prohibited items into the event area.
Weapons – All types of weapons, including firearms, knives, sharp objects, or any items that can be used as weapons, are strictly prohibited.
Illegal Drugs – The possession or use of any kind of illegal drugs, whether for personal use or distribution, is strictly forbidden within the event area.
Alcoholic Beverages – Bringing alcoholic drinks or any intoxicating substances into the event area is not allowed.
Speakers or Sound Amplifiers – The use of loudspeakers or any sound equipment that may disturb others is not permitted within the event premises.
⚠️ In case of violation
Event staff have the right to confiscate any prohibited items immediately.
Anyone found violating these rules may be asked to leave the event area without any refund or compensation of their ticket or participation rights.
If the violation involves illegal activity, the offender will be subject to legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
The number of laps for each race category will be as specified in the event program for each track, announced by the organizer.
Race starts will use a light system: the red light will stay on and then turn off to signal the start.
Flag signals: All participants must attend a briefing on the flag signals used or sign a document acknowledging the rules.
For categories with Time Ranking, riders must complete laps within the specified time. Exceeding the allowed time will result in no ranking, no points, and no podium for that session.
For Class B participants in Time Ranking categories, if a rider completes laps faster than the allowed time, they will not earn points for that session, and the organizer may consider promoting them to Class A in the following year.
Non-standard equipment: If any equipment or materials are found to be non-compliant with standards—such as using unapproved components for the competition, equipment that may affect safety, or items not installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications—the scrutineering officials have the right to reject the bike from passing inspection and prohibit the rider from participating in the race.
Tape use does not affect scrutineering: Wrapping tape around the brake reservoir to prevent brake fluid from spilling in the event of an accident is optional and will not cause a bike to fail inspection, as long as the braking system functions properly and there are no leaks. However, tape should not be used to cover up leaks or damage to the brake reservoir.
1. Transponder Installation Conditions
Transponder installation will be carried out only for the Qualifying session on Saturday and the Race session on Sunday.
All riders participating in the Saturday Qualifying and Sunday Race sessions must have the transponder installed each time.
Any rider who fails to install the transponder during the Saturday Qualifying session will have no qualifying time recorded and will be placed at the back of the starting grid for Sunday’s Race.
Any rider who fails to install the transponder during the Sunday Race session will have no race time recorded and will not be listed in the official race results.
2. Transponder Installation Schedule
Transponder installation will be carried out at the bike inspection area.
When reporting for transponder installation, riders must inform the staff of their name, race class, and bike number for verification.
All riders participating on Saturday and Sunday must have their transponder installed before their race session within the specified time.
Any rider arriving after the announced installation time will not be allowed to install the transponder for that session, under any circumstances.
Transponder Installation – Qualifying Session (Saturday)
Session 1: Saturday, 13:00 – 14:00
Session 2: Saturday, 15:00 – 16:00
Transponder Installation – Race Session (Sunday)
Session 1: Sunday, 08:30 – 09:30
Session 2: Sunday, 11:00 – 12:00
Session 3: Sunday, 13:00 – 14:00
* Note: The specific race classes scheduled for transponder installation during each time slot will be announced after registration closes and all information has been verified.ว
3. Transponder Return
Riders must return the transponder to the same location (bike inspection area) immediately after the race or within 15 minutes after crossing the finish line.
Failure to return the transponder within the specified time will result in a fine of 3,000 THB.
Any rider who fails to return the transponder within the specified time and it becomes lost or damaged will be fined 20,000 THB.
Any rider who returns the transponder on time but installed it in a position other than the one specified by the staff, and the transponder becomes lost or damaged, will also be fined 20,000 THB.
Qualifying is the designated on-track session used to determine starting grid positions based on lap times.
Starting positions will be determined exclusively by lap times recorded using Transponder timing systems provided by the event organizer.
The official starting grid will be announced after the Qualifying session, based on each rider’s best recorded lap time.
The rider with the fastest lap time will start from Pole Position (P1), followed by the 2nd, 3rd, and so on, in descending order of lap times.
Eligible Protestors
Protests can be submitted by riders or registered racing teams listed as participants in the competition.
Individuals not directly involved in the race, such as fans or spectators, are not allowed to submit protests.
A rider may only file a protest against another rider who is ranked no more than 3 positions ahead of themselves.
(For example, a rider in 5th place can only file a protest against riders in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th place.)
Exception: In cases of protests related to race safety or serious rule violations (e.g., using a non-compliant bike or engaging in dangerous behavior), the race organizer has the right to waive the above restrictions.
Filing a Protest
Time frame for filing a protest: Protests must be submitted within a specified period after the incident in question, such as:
Protest regarding race results: Must be submitted within 30 minutes after the official race results are announced.
Protest regarding rule violations: Must be submitted within the time frame specified in the regulations by the race organizer, typically 30 minutes.
Time frame for filing a protest: Protests must be submitted within a specified period after the incident in question, such as:
Riders who change their team name or transfer to a new team will have all accumulated points from previous rounds canceled, and their points will be reset to zero.
Team name changes must be requested and approved by the race organizer in advance. The new team name must not violate commercial rights, copyrights, or the race’s marketing and sponsorship guidelines.
Changing race bikes mid-season is not allowed. Riders must use the bike registered at the start of the season for all races. Any mid-season bike change will result in all accumulated points from previous rounds being canceled, and the rider’s points will be reset to zero.
Exception: If the original bike is unusable due to a serious accident or technical issues, the rider may submit a request to change the bike. The new bike must meet the same requirements as the original, including:
Same category/class
Same model year
Engine specifications and displacement (cc) must remain the same
To comply with the competition’s technical and safety regulations and to maintain consistent standards for all participants, riders must use Pirelli tires during Friday practice, Saturday sessions (Track Day/Qualifying), and the Sunday race.
Exception: If Pirelli does not offer the required tire size, other brands may be used.
The pit exit window is 5 minutes. Any bike that cannot exit within this time must report to the pit exit. Riders unable to reach their starting grid on time must start from the pit exit and will only be allowed to join the race once the last rider on the grid has passed Turn 1.
Any rider who jumps the start will receive a 20-second penalty added to their race time.
During the race, if marshals display a red flag, riders must slow down, refrain from overtaking, and return to the pit lane to await instructions from the race director.
In case of a red flag restart, the restart order will follow the standings from the lap before the red flag was shown.
The pit exit window for a restart will be open for 1 minute.
Bikes finishing in overall positions 1–5 must proceed to scrutineering. Riders will then be transported to the Parc Fermé for photos and interviews.
All bikes entering the starting grid must have their engines turned off.
Riders are strictly prohibited from slowing down abruptly to celebrate on the main straight near the Grand Stand or finish line.
📌 Case of Allowing Another Person to Ride
Case of Cutting the Track or Leaving the Designated Course
Riding off the track or leaving the designated course during a race will be penalized according to the event’s regulations, such as:
Cutting the track without gaining advantage: If a rider goes off-track but does not gain any advantage, such as improving their position, no further penalty will be applied, but a warning will be issued.
Cutting the track with advantage: If a rider goes off-track and gains an advantage, such as overtaking, improving lap times, or affecting podium positions, the rider will be penalized by either dropping one podium position or losing 10 championship points.
Repeated track-cutting: If a rider repeatedly cuts the track or leaves the designated course despite warnings, stricter penalties will apply, such as a time penalty of 1–3 seconds added.
In races where championship points are awarded, if cutting the track significantly affects the competition—such as changing positions or constituting a repeated rule violation—the stewards may decide to deduct points earned by the rider or even disqualify them from the race.

Fines must be paid immediately at the registration office or track office before any further action is taken.
Payment can be made via cash, QR PromptPay, or bank transfer (receipt will be issued).
The offender must sign a document acknowledging the violation and penalty.
Failure to comply will result in a ban from participating in all future events.
