กฎเทคนิคของรถแข่งในคลาส “Modify” โดยยัง ยึดพื้นฐานจากเครื่องยนต์โรงงาน (OEM) และมีข้อจำกัดบางจุดเพื่อป้องกันการแอบเปลี่ยนชนิดเครื่องหรือโครงสร้างที่ผิดเงื่อนไขการแข่งขัน

“โมดิฟาย” หมายถึง การอนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าแข่งขันสามารถดำเนินการปรับแต่ง เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือดัดแปลงชิ้นส่วน ภายในเครื่องยนต์ ที่ยังอยู่ภายใต้พื้นฐานโครงสร้างจากรถโรงงาน (OEM) ได้อย่างอิสระ โดยไม่จำกัดขอบเขตของประสิทธิภาพ ภายใต้เงื่อนไขว่าเครื่องยนต์ดังกล่าวต้องมีต้นกำเนิดมาจากรถจักรยานยนต์ที่ได้รับการรับรองจากผู้ผลิต และใช้กับรุ่นรถที่เข้าแข่งขันจริง

"Modify" Class Technical Regulations

Based on OEM engines with specific restrictions to prevent unauthorized engine swaps or structural changes violating competition terms.

Definition: “Modify”
Refers to permitting competitors to freely tune, alter, or modify internal engine parts while remaining within the basic OEM structural framework. This allows unlimited performance enhancements, provided the engine originates from a manufacturer-certified motorcycle and matches the actual competing model.
⚙️ Core Engine Block - Must Remain Original
  • OEM Only: Must be the original factory-based engine, matching the model of the entered race bike.
  • Piston Layout: Number of pistons and configuration must remain unchanged (e.g., Inline-4 must remain Inline-4).
  • Crankshaft Position: FORBIDDEN! Do not move the crankshaft position to alter engine characteristics.

✅ Permitted Modifications (Modified Allowed)

Camshaft
Pattern, duration, and lift can be changed freely.
ECU & Fuel System
Allowed to change to Stand-alone, piggyback, injectors, fuel pump, and throttle body (unlimited size).
Cylinder Head
Aftermarket heads allowed but must match the "original model" stud pattern.
• No limit on valve size/number.
• Unlimited material and porting.
Cylinder Block
Can be changed or modified but must mount on the "original stud position" of the original crankcase (mounting points unchanged).
Crankshaft
Aftermarket or lightweight crankshafts allowed (must be designed specifically for that model).
Stroke / Bore
Allowed to adjust Stroke or Bore to increase/decrease displacement (cc.) as per strategy.
Exhaust
Unlimited materials (e.g., Titanium, Carbon, Stainless, Inconel), design
Electronics
Quickshifter and Launch Control systems are allowed.
Clutch System
Aftermarket clutch or Slipper Clutch installation allowed.
🚫 Prohibited Items (Even with full modification allowed):
  • Competition engines must originate from actual production vehicles (OEM) and match the declared/announced competition model and the entered model.
  • Original crankcases can be welded or have stud length changed. Although welding or adjusting stud length is allowed (e.g., changing height to accommodate a new piston), it is prohibited to change the position, expand the spacing, or increase the number of studs. Also prohibited to use cylinder blocks/heads from other models that do not match the original stud positions of that model.
  • Using crankcases newly manufactured via CNC, even if they have the same dimensions and shape as the original 👉 but did not come from the manufacturer factory (OEM), is considered a violation of conditions.
  • The oil catch pan must completely cover the engine and have a capacity of more than 1.5 liters.
  • Prohibited to use Supercharger or Turbocharger systems, except for Air Box compression systems.
  • Prohibited to install Nitrous Oxide (NOS) injection systems.
  • Prohibited to change the main drivetrain to electric power or hybrid electric drive systems.
    (Only 1 battery allowed, and must not exceed 14AH.)

อนุญาต “Modify” ภายใต้เงื่อนไขโครงสร้างหลักที่ต้อง “คงเดิม” ได้แก่

  • บล็อกเครื่องยนต์ (Crankcase / Engine Block)
    • ต้องเป็นเครื่องยนต์พื้นฐานเดิมจากโรงงาน รุ่นเดียวกับรถที่ใช้แข่งและสมัคร
  • จำนวนลูกสูบ & การจัดวาง
    • เช่น ถ้ารถรุ่นนั้นเป็น 4 สูบเรียง ก็ต้องยังคงเป็น 4 สูบเรียง
  • ตำแหน่งเพลาข้อเหวี่ยง (Crankshaft Position)
    • ห้ามย้ายตำแหน่งเพื่อเปลี่ยนลักษณะเครื่อง

รายการที่สามารถปรับแต่งได้ (อย่างมีเงื่อนไข):

  • แคมชาฟต์ (Camshaft)
    • สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบแคมชาฟต์ได้อย่างอิสระเต็มที่
  • กล่องควบคุม (ECU) / ระบบจ่ายเชื้อเพลิง
    • สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็น ECU แบบจูนอิสระ (Stand-alone), กล่องย่อย, หัวฉีด, ปั๊มติ๊ก, หัวจ่าย ฯลฯ ได้อย่างเสรี
  • ท่อไอเสีย
    • ไม่จำกัดวัสดุ (เช่น ไทเทเนียม, คาร์บอน, สแตนเลส), รูปแบบ, หรือ เรือนลิ้นเร่ง ไม่จำกัดขนาด
  • ระบบควบคุมเกียร์/สตาร์ท (Quickshifter / Launch Control)
    • สามารถติดตั้งและใช้งานได้
  • ฝาสูบ (Cylinder Head)
    • สามารถเปลี่ยนฝาสูบแต่ง ได้ โดยต้อง “ตรงรุ่น” กับโครงสร้างเสาเสื้อของรถที่ใช้
    • ไม่จำกัดขนาดวาล์ว, จำนวนวาล์ว, วัสดุ, การเจาะพอร์ต
  • เสื้อสูบ (Cylinder Block)
    • สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือดัดแปลงเสื้อสูบได้ โดยยังต้องติดตั้งบน “ตำแหน่งเสาเสื้อเดิม” ของแคร้งเครื่องยนต์เดิม จุดยึดต้องไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงจากโครงสร้างเดิม
  • ข้อเหวี่ยง / แคร้งชาร์ฟ (Crankshaft)
    • สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นข้อเหวี่ยงแต่งหรือข้อเหวี่ยงน้ำหนักเบาได้ หากเป็นของที่ ออกแบบมาสำหรับรุ่นรถนั้น โดยตรง
  • ระบบคลัตช์
    • เปลี่ยนคลัตช์แต่ง หรือติดตั้งระบบ Slipper Clutch ได้ตามต้องการ
  • ระยะชัก / กระบอกสูบ
    • สามารถปรับเปลี่ยน stroke หรือ bore เพื่อเพิ่มหรือลดปริมาตรกระบอกสูบ (cc.) ได้ตามกลยุทธ์

🚫 สิ่งที่ต้องห้าม แม้จะโมดิฟายได้เต็ม:

  • เครื่องยนต์ที่ใช้ในการแข่งขัน ต้องมาจากรถที่ได้รับการผลิตจริง (OEM) และตรงตามรุ่นที่จดแจ้ง/ประกาศให้แข่งขัน และตรงตามรุ่นที่สมัคร
  • แคร้งเครื่องเดิม สามารถเชื่อมหรือ เปลี่ยนความยาวของเสาสูบได้  แม้สามารถ เชื่อมหรือปรับความยาวของเสาสูบ ได้ (เช่น เปลี่ยนความสูงเพื่อรองรับลูกสูบใหม่)แต่ห้าม เปลี่ยนตำแหน่ง, ขยายระยะห่าง, หรือเพิ่มจำนวนเสาและห้ามใช้เสื้อสูบ/ฝาสูบจากรุ่นอื่นที่ ไม่ตรงกับตำแหน่งเสาเดิมของรุ่นนั้น
  • การใช้แคร้งที่ผลิตขึ้นใหม่ด้วย CNC แม้จะมีขนาดและรูปร่างเหมือนของเดิม 👉 แต่ ไม่ได้มาจากโรงงานผู้ผลิตรถ (OEM)  จึงถือว่า ผิดเงื่อนไข
  • ถาดรองน้ำมันเครื่องต้องคลุมเครื่องยนต์ได้มิดชิด และสามารถจุน้ำมันเครื่องได้มากกว่า 1.5 ลิตรขึ้นไปเท่านั้น
  • ห้ามใช้ระบบซูเปอร์ชาร์จเจอร์ (Supercharger) หรือ เทอร์โบชาร์จเจอร์ (Turbocharger) ยกเว้นระบบอัดแบบ แอร์บอกซ์ (Air Box)
  • ห้ามติดตั้งระบบฉีดไนตรัสออกไซด์ (Nitrous Oxide/NOS)
  • ห้ามเปลี่ยนระบบขับเคลื่อนหลักเป็นพลังงานไฟฟ้าหรือระบบขับเคลื่อนไฟฟ้าไฮบริด
    (แบตเตอรี่1 ลูกเท่านั้น และห้ามเกิน 14AH.)

SuperBike 1000cc

1. SuperBike 1000cc – Class A

👤 Rider Eligibility
For Class A, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1: SuperBike 1000cc / ST1: SuperStock 1000cc / 600SS1: Supersport 600cc / 400SS1: Supersport 400cc) within the last 5 years (counting from the year of participation) are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• Superbikes with engine displacement between 800cc and 1200cc. Examples: Yamaha R1/R1M, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R / ZX-10RR, BMW S1000RR / M1000RR, Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP, Suzuki GSX-R1000 / GSX-R1000R, Aprilia RSV4 / RSV4 Factory, DUCATI Panigale V4 / V4 S / V4 R.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original" (Refer to Technical Rules for "Modify" class).

2. SuperBike 1000cc – Class B

New! Limit 1.12

For Class B, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• Superbikes with engine displacement between 800cc and 1200cc. Examples: Yamaha R1/R1M, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R / ZX-10RR, BMW S1000RR / M1000RR, Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP, Suzuki GSX-R1000 / GSX-R1000R, Aprilia RSV4 / RSV4 Factory, DUCATI Panigale V4 / V4 S / V4 R.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".

3. SuperBike 1000cc – Class C

New! Limit 1.15

4. SuperSport 700cc – Class A

For Class A, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• SuperSport motorcycles with engine displacement between 500cc and 700cc. Examples: Yamaha R6, Honda CBR600RR, Suzuki GSX-R600, Kawasaki ZX6/ZX6R, Triumph Daytona 660.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".

5. SuperSport 700cc – Class B

New! Limit 1.15
👤 Rider Eligibility
For Class B, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• SuperSport motorcycles with engine displacement between 500cc and 700cc. Examples: Yamaha R6, Honda CBR600RR, Suzuki GSX-R600, Kawasaki ZX6/ZX6R, Triumph Daytona 660.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".
SuperSport 500cc

6. DAINESE SuperSport 500cc – Class A

For Class A, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• 250cc sport bikes (2-cylinder) and supersport models with engine capacities ranging from 300cc to 500cc, such as the Honda CBR250RR / CBR300R / CBR500R, Kawasaki Ninja 250 / 400, KTM RC 390 / RC 390 R, and Yamaha YZF-R3.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".

7. DAINESE SuperSport 500cc – Class B

New! Limit 1.15
👤 Rider Eligibility
For Class B, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.

10. SportBike 700cc – Class B

New! Limit 1.15

For Class B, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.

11. Naked Bike – Class A

For Class A, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• Naked Bikes with engine displacement not exceeding 1200cc. Examples: Yamaha MT03, MT-07, Yamaha MT-09 / MT-09 SP, Kawasaki ER6N, Z900, Z650, Honda CB500x, CB500F, Honda CB750 Hornet, CB650R, Triumph Street Triple 765 R / RS / RR / 1200, Ducati Monster 937 / Streetfighter V2 / V4 / V4 S, BMW F 900 R, Suzuki GSX-8S, Aprilia Tuono 660, KTM 790 Duke / 890 Duke R.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".

12. Naked Bike – Class B

13. Real Helmets SportBike 250cc 4T - Class A

• Sportbikes with engine displacement ranging from 150cc to 250cc (single-cylinder only), such as the Yamaha R15, Honda CBR150R, KTM RC200, Suzuki GSX-R150, GPX Demon GR200R, and Honda CBR250R.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".

14. Real Helmets SportBike 250cc 4T - Class B

New! Limit 1.20

For Class B, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• Sportbikes with engine displacement ranging from 150cc to 250cc (single-cylinder only), such as the Yamaha R15, Honda CBR150R, KTM RC200, Suzuki GSX-R150, GPX Demon GR200R, and Honda CBR250R.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".

15. Real Helmets SportBike 250cc 4T - Class C

New! Limit 1.25
👤 Rider Eligibility
For Class C, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• Sportbikes with engine displacement ranging from 150cc to 250cc (single-cylinder only), such as the Yamaha R15, Honda CBR150R, KTM RC200, Suzuki GSX-R150, GPX Demon GR200R, and Honda CBR250R.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".
Scooter 200cc

16. Scooter 200cc

👤 Rider Eligibility
Riders who have been national champions (top-tier level) in the following classes—SB1: SuperBike 1000cc, ST1: SuperStock 1000cc, 600SS1: Supersport 600cc (SS1), or 400SS1: Supersport 400cc (SS1)—within the past five (5) years, calculated from the year they last competed in those classes, are prohibited from competing.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• Engine capacity must not exceed 200cc, e.g. NMAX 155, Honda Click 160, Honda ADV160, GPX Drone 150i, Honda Lead.
• The motorcycle must be a production model that is commercially available on the market.
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".
Scooter 400cc

17. Scooter 400cc – Class A

👤 Rider Eligibility
For Class A, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• "Modify" is fully permitted.
• Scooters with engine displacement between 300cc and 400cc. Examples: Yamaha XMAX 300, Honda Forza 300/350 ADV350, Vespa GTS 300, Zontes 350E/350D/368G/368K/Zontes 368D,BMW C400.

18. Scooter 400cc – Class B

New! Limit 1.22
👤 Rider Eligibility
For Class B, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• "Modify" is fully permitted.
• Scooters with engine displacement between 300cc and 400cc. Examples: Yamaha XMAX 300, Honda Forza 300/350 ADV350, Vespa GTS 300, Zontes 350E/350D/368G/368K/Zontes 368D,BMW C400.
MiniBike 150cc & 125cc

19. MiniBike 150cc – Class A

👤 Rider Eligibility
For Class A, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• Engine displacement not exceeding 150cc.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• Wheel size 12” only.
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".

20. MiniBike 150cc – Class B

Limit 1.27
👤 Rider Eligibility
For Class B, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• Engine displacement not exceeding 150cc.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• Wheel size 12” only.
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".

21. MiniBike 125cc *Stock (U13)

👤 Rider Eligibility
• Riders must be under 13 years old (based on birth year). For the year 2026, only riders born in 2013 or later are eligible.
• Riders with experience in international racing events or those affiliated with professional Racing Academies are NOT eligible to compete in the MiniBike 125cc *Stock (U13) class, to maintain equality in youth development.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• Engine displacement not exceeding 125cc, 4-stroke only.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• Wheel size 12” only.
• Frame, Engine, Clutch system, and Gearbox must be Factory Original. No modifications allowed.
• Front/Rear suspension can be changed or modified.
• Carburetor/Injector/ECU: Free to change or adjust.
• Exhaust system can be fully replaced.
• Bodywork (Fairing/Plastic covers) can be changed.
• Tires can be changed to racing tires (must be same size or similar, no rim size expansion).
• Chain and Sprockets can be changed to suit riding style or track layout.
Honda MiniBike Trophy 125cc

(No Cashcard prize for this class)

22. Honda MiniBike Trophy 125cc – Class A

👤 Rider Eligibility
For Class A, riders who have been champions in the highest level of Thailand Championship (SB1, ST1, 600SS1, 400SS1) within the last 5 years are PROHIBITED.
🏍️ Motorcycle Eligibility
• Restricted to Honda brand, models: Monkey, CT125, DAX, C125.
• Must be a commercially available "Production Model".
• "Modify" is permitted, provided the main frame/structure remains "Original".
🚫 Prohibited Modifications (Even if "Modify" is allowed)
  • Crankcase: Must use the original factory crankcase for that specific model. CNC crankcases are not allowed. No welding, reinforcing, or altering (cutting/drilling/welding) to change mounting points or strength.
