Competition Waiver and Release Form - SuperbikeMag.com Trackday & Trophy 2026 – Round 2

This document is executed as a formal declaration of intent and consent by the participant of the SuperbikeMag.com Trackday & Trophy 2026 – Round 2 event. The event is organized for the purpose of promoting and enhancing motorcycle riding skills in a controlled track environment, where appropriate safety regulations, procedures, and risk management measures have been established and implemented.

However, participation in motorsport activities inherently involves risks that may result in accidents or unforeseen damages, including but not limited to physical injury, psychological harm, property damage, or other losses affecting participants, related persons, or third parties, which may occur without prior predictability; therefore, in order to acknowledge such risks and to clearly express voluntary participation, all participants are required to sign this consent form prior to the commencement of the event, hereby confirming that they have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, and safety measures established and implemented by the organizer.

By signing this document, the participant expressly acknowledges and voluntarily agrees to participate in the event under their own responsibility and undertakes to comply with all rules, regulations, instructions, and requirements issued by the organizer, track officials, and other authorized personnel, without any objection.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONSENT:

• This document is issued to confirm that the participant of the SuperbikeMag.com Trackday & Trophy 2026 – Round 2 (“Event”) has fully read, understood, and acknowledged all terms, conditions, rules and regulations, as well as the inherent risks that may arise from participation in the Event.
• The participant acknowledges that this activity is a high-risk event which may result in injuries, property damage, permanent disability, or even death, whether such risks arise from track conditions, equipment, vehicles, actions of other participants, or any other cause whatsoever.
• In this regard, the participant agrees and voluntarily consents to take part in the activity, and expressly accepts all risks solely on their own responsibility, whether arising from force majeure events or any acts or omissions, including those that may constitute negligence, in whole or in part, of the organizer, sponsors, venue owners, race officials, staff, or any related persons or parties.
• The participant expressly agrees to waive any and all rights to claim, sue, or take any legal action against the aforementioned persons or parties under any circumstances, including where any damage, injury, or loss arises from negligence (whether ordinary negligence or gross negligence, to the extent such waiver is permitted by applicable law) of such persons or parties.
• The participant agrees to strictly comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by the organizer, and shall be solely responsible for their own actions.
• This agreement shall be legally binding and fully enforceable, and shall extend to and be binding upon the participant’s heirs, legal representatives, estate administrators, and assigns in all respects.
