Go to the Check Status page.

1. Click on the menu. Check Status (Top right corner of the webpage)
2. Enter the email address you used for registration.
3. Press the button Check information

Cancel subscription

Find the item you wish to cancel and click the Cancel Registration button.

1. Find the item you want to cancel and press the button. Cancel Registration (Bottom right corner of each item)
2. Please fill in the Reason (or explanation), provide supporting images (if available), and include the account details for receiving the refund.
3. Press the button Submit Request

Please wait for the administrator to verify the information.

1. Once you have filled in the information and clicked Submit Request, the cancellation status will change to... Registration Cancelled (Pending)
2. Once the administrator has verified the information, you can cancel your subscription. The status will change to... Registration Cancelled
3. Once the administrator verifies that the request cannot be canceled, a button will be displayed. Cancel Registration As before.
